Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Direct Sales Representative with North Port Exterminator, you will:
- Generate Leads: Use door-to-door sales strategies to engage potential customers and introduce them to our professional extermination services.
- Build Customer Relationships: Understand client needs and provide tailored pest extermination solutions that deliver results.
- Meet & Exceed Sales Goals: Consistently achieve revenue targets while maintaining accurate sales documentation.
- Earn Long-Term Income: Maximize your earnings with residual commissions from ongoing service contracts.
Who We’re Looking For
You’d thrive in this role if you:
- Have previous sales experience (pest control sales is a plus but not required).
- Excel at customer service and relationship-building.
- Are ambitious, highly motivated, and thrive in a competitive environment.
- Speak English and Spanish (preferred but not required).
- Have experience in technical sales (preferred but not required).
Job Requirements
- Location: Must be able to relocate or commute to North Port, FL, and surrounding areas.
- Travel: Up to 25% travel required.
- License: Valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years and no DUI/DWI in the past 7 years.
- Screening: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
